Camp Pennbrook is more than a diet camp. We are full of fun and fitness. We are better than the coed weight loss camps since the girls feel more comfortable and don't have to worry about what they are wearing everyday. Camp Pennbrook is not a boot camp or a fat camp. We are just like any other camp only better. Our trips are unbelievable. Our staff is very supportive. Many campers return year after year because we offer more than most camps.
